Description

Wallpaper frieze roll; featuring panels of trees and water in purples and green on cream, with panels of Art Nouveau roses and a geometric design in dull clover pink and brown. Made circa 1910-1911, with the registration number 566782. This sample has an Oriental influence, and also bears the influence of Charles Rennie Mackintosh. Also matches a paper found in pattern book GH.1001.
