Description
Wallpaper frieze roll; featuring groups of naturalistic peach coloured tea roses and green leaves on a red ground, with shadowed stylized Art Nouveau roses at the base in a paler red. Each group of roses is joined by intertwining thorny rose stems, and a band of daisies. Entitled 'The Shaftesbury Frieze', with the registration number 498008. Made circa 1907.
