Description
Wallpaper dado panel; the light brown ground is decorated with large stylized imaginary flowers in light terracotta and peach with black and dull yellow, also with some smaller blue flowers, green curving stems and leaves. It is bordered at top and bottom with green bands enclosing similar flowers. It is on scrim or hessian, closely woven, and originates from a house in Kaiapoi. The panel dates from the 1880s.
