Description
Wallpaper fragment; hand-blocked, striped in French style with floral sprays in pink, blue, green on pale blue ground, and brown spiral arabesques on blue. Made in England, circa 1840, and attributed to William Cooper & Boyle. It was formerly applied directly to the wall boards of the dining room in a house in Park Road, near Tinakori Road, Thorndon, Wellington.
